Typical preventative maintenance often includes
- Lubrication of belt and moving parts where needed
- Tightening bolts and nuts when necessary
- Checking and adjusting drive belt and walking belt tensions
- Thorough cleaning of the unit inside and outside
- Checking DC drive motor amp draw which measures the belt deck’s life and wear
- Recalibrating the unit for speed and incline (if the function is available)

We also offer a comprehensive yearly maintenance package for your equipment or we recommend calling us once a year for maintenance.

We provide professional assembly services for your electronics and fitness equipment to ensure proper installation and functioning.
If the equipment is assembled with loose parts, or not levelled you will have various problems such as noise, shaking, and equipment malfunction.
